Historical Candidate Dashboard

What is the Historical Dashboard?

Candidates will only move to the historical dashboard if they have reached a terminal status (archived, withdrawn, Clear, Reviewed, Adverse Action) more than 90 days ago. This is a feature moves these “historical” candidates to another dashboard to keep your Active dashboard clean and current. 

Viewing the Historical Dashboard:

To find this dashboard, scroll to the bottom of your Candidate Dashboard and click on "View Historical"

How to Use the Historical Dashboard: 

On the historical dashboard, you can see all of the “historical” applicants (any candidate files that were completed over 90 days ago). Use the search bars near the top of the historical dashboard to search by a candidate’s email and their screening dates to locate their file.

You can move historical applicants back to your main dashboard by following the next steps:

Click on the candidate you are looking to restore to the main dashboard.

Select:

   1. “Temporary Restore”: This moves the applicant back to the main dashboard temporarily (for one day)

OR

  2. Select “Download PDF”: Download a full PDF report of the candidate’s file/records.

Note: You can select multiple candidates to restore by using the checkboxes on the left 

3. You can also move multiple candidates back to the main dashboard at once by checking the boxes next to multiple files and hitting “Temporary Restore.”
