Set your own non-background check related status with Health Screening Tags!
This allows you & your team to be informed about a candidate's status from your Vetty Dashboard. Once enabled, you can also Filter your dashboard by tag.
How to Enable?
Email your account manager or email@example.com. Please note that you would like to enable Health Screening Tags on your account. We will also need to know which users you would like to be able to set a Tag. A Vetty Customer Success manager will work with you to enable this feature.
What Tags are currently available?

The current tags are as follows. This is subject to change as clients request tags to be developed.
You can add any number of tags to your options without any limits or restrictions.

How do I add a tag?
Once enabled, click on any candidate to go into their Vetty Verified profile. You will see an option to Add Health Screening Tag underneath the Vetty background status
Clicking on the dropdown will show you all tags that are enabled for your account. Selecting any tag will provide you with a success message and then refresh the page.
Removing a tag
To remove a tag, click on any candidate that currently has a tag. Click back into the dropdown menu and select "remove tag"
You will receive a success message and then refresh the page.
The ability to add and remove a tag is automatically enabled with the following user permissions:
Super Admin, Super User, Occupational Health User
If you have a user that is NOT one of the above permission levels, but you would like them to add/remove tags, the Vetty CSM will need to customize that specific user to add this permission. Please be sure to request this at the time of set-up.
If a user does not have the ability to Add or Remove a tag, they will still be able to View the tag that was set on the dashboard and Verified profile page.
Does Vetty update the tags?
No, Vetty does not have access to update the tags. These are set by Client Users only and will not update automatically. To view the most accurate status on a check, please click into the Vetty Verified profile and view the activity as well as the statuses of the checks ordered
