What does "Review Needed" mean?

A "Review Needed" status means that your background check report is complete and it returned information for review with the company who requested the background check.  This information could include things like criminal records, traffic infractions, or possibly other information.  

Additionally, a "Needs Review" does not mean that you have been disqualified from employment or engagement.  Vetty cannot provide any additional information on your report or any insight into the effect on your chances of being hired or engaged by the company you applied to.
