If you click on the down carrot next to County Criminal Check, you will see ETA Hit and ETA Clear dates.
These dates are based on the past 90 days of searches in this County. The ETA Clear will show you what date we will likely receive results from the County if there are No Matches for the candidate in the County system. This will result in a Clear check for the county.
The ETA Hit will show you what date we will likely receive results from the county when there are matches for Criminal Cases on this candidate. If it is past the ETA Hit date and the check is still In Progress, please check the US County Delay sheet to see if there is something causing delays in that county.
If there are matches, this doesn't necessarily mean that these will be disqualifying offenses. County courts will return Dismissed cases, Traffic cases and others that Vetty will not report. In order to Hide cases that you do not want to see on your candidates, talk to your Vetty CSM to set up an Adjudication Matrix.
